To provide the most complete management-related services to our clients, Pride Property Management Corporation maintains a professionally staffed Closing Department.  It is the responsibility of this department to ensure that every sale, transfer, refinance and sublet request related to your property is processed according to your property’s specific terms, policies, and procedures.

Through the Pride Property Management Corporation Closing Department, all prospective purchasers and prospective new residents will receive your property’s written guidelines, By-Laws, and House Rules.  The Pride Property Management Closing Department will thoroughly review all applications prior to their submission for review by the Board, and will eliminate incomplete or inappropriate applications so that the Board’s time is not taken up with unnecessary activity.

In addition, the Pride Property Management Corporation Closing Department will collect and post all appropriate fees due to your property in connection with sales, transfers, refinances and sublets.
