I, (Name of Employee), understand that the following policies and practices govern both the overall business operation of Pride Property Management Corporation and the performance of my own responsibilities as an employee of Pride Property Management Corporation.  I further understand that any action I may take to compromise and/or violate any or all of the policies and practices listed below shall result in the immediate termination of my employment with Pride Property Management Corporation.

Specifically I understand and agree to be held accountable to, the following standards of professional performance during my tenure as a Pride Property Management employee:

• It is assumed that every Pride Property Management Corporation employee shall execute his/her professional duties with the highest standards of honestly and integrity in all dealings with clients, suppliers, vendors, contractors, competitors, and the public; and furthermore, it is understood that every Pride Property Management Corporation employee is individually and solely responsible for the honest, integrity and consequences of his/her professional actions.
• No employee of Pride Property Management Corporation shall, under and circumstances, seek nor accept gratuities, finders fees, commissions, rebates, or any other gifts of any nature, size, or kind from any vendor, contractor, supplier, or other entity associated in any way with Pride Property Management Corporation now, in the past or in the future, nor from any property previously or currently managed by Pride Property Management Corporation, nor from any property considering or likely to consider engaging the professional services of Pride Property Management Corporation at any time in the future.
• In the event that I should be offered any such gratuity, etc. as listed above from any source as listed above. I shall immediately inform the principals of Pride Property Management Corporation of this occurrence in writing, and shall make myself voluntarily available to provide testimony to this effect at any such time, as I shall be requested to do so, whether or not I am still in the employ of Pride Property Management Corporation at the time of the request.
• In the event that I should be asked to provide my professional opinion regarding any area of my professional duties or expertise, I shall provide such opinion with the stipulation that it is my opinion only, and shall furthermore recommend that the counsel from appropriate professionals be sought in the area in which my assistance is requested, including but not limited to the areas of law, finance, engineering, architecture, etc.: and furthermore, I shall not present myself as an expert in any field in which I am not legally certified to do so, nor shall I seek nor accept remuneration or recompense of any kind fro the information I provide in the course of my normal duties with Pride Property Management Corporation.
• I shall not respond to, nor seek out, media attention as a spokesperson for or about Pride Property Management Corporation, with the understanding that the principals of Pride Property Management Corporation may authorize me to do so at any time in the future.

I understand that the terms of my employment with Pride Property Management Corporation are directly related to the foregoing policies and practices, and I agree to abide by them.
