Management Transition: Survey, Checklist and Inspection

To ensure rapid familiarity with every aspect of your property, Pride Property Management Corporation will respond to your serious inquiry regarding our services with an initial property survey.

This initial survey entails a thorough inspection of your property’s structures and systems, which will be accomplished by a Pride Property Management Principal in a basement-to-roof walk-through of your property accompanied by your designated chaperone.

Upon completion of our initial introduction to your physical property, Pride Property Management Corporation will provide a preliminary report indicating our observations and recommendations, along with other literature appropriate to your inquiry.

Upon your decision to engage Pride Property Management Corporation, we will return to your property to conduct a complete physical plant inspection, the results of which will be presented to you and your fellow property decision-makers in a written report specifically designed to establish mutually-viable immediate, short-and long-range operational, maintenance, and financial goals.  Pride Property Management Corporation will request a special meeting with you and your fellow decision-makers for the express purpose of presenting our findings and discussing with you the most feasible ways in which to proceed.  Because of the comprehensive nature of this all-important physical plant inspection, you can expect to be contacted to arrange such a meeting four-to-six weeks after engaging Pride Property Management Corporation.

In the interviewing time between your property’s engagement of Pride Property Management Corporation and our presentation of the physical plant inspection, Pride Property Management Corporation will do everything possible to ensure a smooth and trouble-free management transition.  To this end, we will employ a multi-faced transition checklist to organize and simplify the transition process, and to ensure that all aspects of your property’s operations and finances are effectively and efficiently transferred to the supervision of our staff.

The Initial Property Survey, Physical Plant Inspection and Transition Checklist will enable your Pride Property Management Corporation Manager to develop a swift and all-encompassing knowledge of your property’s individual internal and external conditions, as well as an immediately productive association with its personnel, professional, and decision-makers.
