About Us: Our Principals
President Alex K. Kuffel started working in the real estate industry under the auspices of his father and company founder, Glenn P. Kuffel, in 1992. Alex’s 20 year career in real estate has encompassed experience in property management, asset management, finance, acquisitions, real estate litigation, and capital and construction management. A seasoned professional with strong, positive leadership qualities, Alex is also a licensed Real Estate Broker who has successfully developed and implemented long-term strategic management plans for a wide variety of cooperative, condominium and commercial buildings both in New York City and New Jersey.
Alex’s true passion is his family and part of that family is the company his father, Glenn, founded. When he is not spending time with his lovely wife, or taking care of his two beautiful children, Alex is painstakingly improving and developing the roots of his family’s company that were lain almost twenty years ago. Alex’s approachability, insight and unique understanding of each building’s personal needs, sets him a part from other principles around the city. His values and mission are imparted to his staff of experienced individuals that readily and willingly heed the call of professionalism warranted to every property Pride Property Management Corporation engages. Glenn P. Kuffel, CPM, has more than 30 years of real estate experience. A Certified Property Manager, Glenn Kuffel earned his CPM from the Institute of Real Estate Management and his expertise from a highly successful and ongoing career in construction and development. As his involvement in the Metro New York real estate scene grew, Glenn recognized the need for hands-on management that would provide outstanding services at a reasonable cost. Like all his ventures, Pride Property Management Corporation represents Glenn Kuffel’s commitment to address an unanswered but pressing need within the residential real estate community.
Joyce Wolf, an experieced financial professional, has helped guide Pride in establishing budgetary parameters to ensure each property’s long-term viability. Her expertise has included supervising funding expenditures and performing as a liaison between Boards and each property’s professional Accountant.
