A small and limited number of properties to every client:
- Attendance of appropriate Pride Property Management personnel at every regularly scheduled Board Meeting
- Preparation of well-organized meeting agendas and minutes
- Ongoing communication between the Manager and the property decision-maker(s) regarding actions taken and recommended; and complete reporting, including on-site inspection report accompanied by a recommended Plan of Action
- Delivery of complete, up-to-date, easy-to-understand Financial Reports, including payables and arrears, by the 10th of each month
- Absolutely no intermingling of fund
- Independence from allegiance to individual vendors/contractors/suppliers
- The right of clients to terminate the management contract at any time
- A reasonable fee taken at the end of the month

- Absolutely free management during the transition month
- A refund of half the fee taken during the first four months of our agreement should a client be dissatisfied with our performance for any reason during that time, and
