  • Ongoing communication between the Manager and the property decision-maker(s) regarding actions taken and recommended as well as complete reporting: including on-site inspection report accompanied by a recommended Plan of Action
  • Delivery of complete, up-to-date, easy-to-understand Financial Reports, including payables and arrears, by the 10th of each month
  • Absolutely no intermingling of funds
  • No allegiance to individual vendors/contractors/suppliers
  • The right of clients to terminate the management contract at any time
  • A reasonable fee taken at the end of the month
