Alex K. Kuffel, President

Alex Kuffel oversees the management of a billion-dollar portfolio of co-ops and condominiums in the New York Metro area. By implementing proactive management techniques and preventative maintenance measures as the cornerstone philosophy, Alex successfully appreciates the assets in the Pride Property Management portfolio. Initially working with the guidance of his father, Pride Property Management founder Glenn Kuffel, Alex has 20 years of experience in all aspects of building management from construction to budgeting and has not only grown the Pride portfolio but also implemented tremendous value added services since becoming President in 2010.
His unique experience with real estate ventures on both coasts of the United States has given Alex a unique perspective which he imparts to his staff and clients.

Alex received his B.A. in Business Management from Hofstra University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.

George Hatch, Chief Financial Officer

George Hatch joined the Pride team in January of 2008. His academic credentials include a B.S. in Accounting from Kings College and he has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant since 2001. George oversees all accounting and finance transactions at Pride Property Management, Corp. George’s keen eye for detail is applied in budgeting, refinancing, receivables, payables, and preparation of monthly management reports for Pride Property Management’s billion-dollar portfolio. In addition to the tremendous value he adds in the accounting department, George plays a very active role in providing advice to clients and assisting with everyday building financial needs.
